Hey there! I’m Fanta, and I’m so excited to have you join me on this journey. Let me take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my story.
Who Am I?
I wear a lot of hats—just like you. I’m a proud mama to my little ball of energy, Adams 4 years old, a wife, a passionate life coach, a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, and a busy professional in the tech industry. Juggling all these roles isn’t always easy, and like many moms, I’ve had my share of struggles trying to keep everything in balance.
My Journey
Fitness and wellness have always been close to my heart. Before becoming a mom, I used to spend hours at the gym and loved experimenting with new healthy recipes. But when Adams came along, everything changed. Suddenly, time became a luxury I no longer had, and the idea of fitting in a workout or meal prep seemed almost impossible.
For a while, I felt overwhelmed—caught between wanting to give my best to my family and my career while trying not to lose myself in the process. It wasn’t until I realized that I didn’t have to choose between being a great mom and taking care of myself that things started to shift.
I discovered that by embracing flexibility, being kind to myself, and finding creative ways to integrate fitness and wellness into my life, I could thrive in all areas. Now, I’m on a mission to help other moms do the same.
